All of our products are made to order. 

We need 2-14 days to prepare your order before shipment unless otherwise noted. 


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. 

Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.  

We will deliver you goods to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order (we are not responsible for wrong delivery If you have false or insufficient shipping details). 

Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimated delivery times below but actual delivery times are sometimes outside of our control.

UPS Express Shipping.  

Canada & Mexico: $25  

Europe: $35 

All other Countries: $45 

We are not responsible for any custom fees and duties that may apply. 



We accept returns on full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused within 14 days of purchase.  Returns meeting these conditions are eligible for store credit only. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We package all our shipments with care and ask our customers do the same when they need to return goods. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging to be accepted, otherwise we will return to sender. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending returns to Liz! Jewels. If there is a mistake on the part of Liz! Jewels, customer will happily be reimbursed. All custom orders are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or irretrievable from your designated shipping address once delivered. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at info@lizjewels.com as soon as possible. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. In the event your package does go missing in transit, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that you will also need to file a claim with the shipping provider as the recipient. 



We do not process direct exchanges unless items are damage.

*Photographs of the defective or damaged item(s) 





Please note that like all handmade products, the jewelry you purchased is delicate and fragile, so please handle with care. 

Due to the nature of the materials, we are using the final product you will receive may slightly differ from what you see in the photo.
